William Paca is a free public school open to all eligible candidates, subject to space and staff availability. No applicant shall, on the basis of income level, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, or disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination from the school.
Students residing in the Baltimore area qualify to attend William Paca Elementary School. Students who live within the neighborhood school zone are eligible for a priority.

All the William Paca uniform shirts, sweatshirts, and polos with the school logo are sold at the school. Pre-K- 1st grade a wear white polo shirt and navy pants/skirt/shorts. 2nd - 4th grades wear a black polo shirt and khaki pants/skirt/shorts. 5th grade wears a sapphire polo and khaki pants/skirt/shorts.
